WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN & WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
Check in time is 3 pm with Check Out time at 11 am.
CAN WE REQUEST AN EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT?
Early arrivals and/or late checkouts can be requested and we will do our best to accommodate though, sadly, it is not always possible to say yes and keep things running smoothly. Please let us know as early as possible what you wish for and we will tell you whether it is doable. Sundays have the most flexibility for late checkout - great nap day!
IS PARKING PROVIDED ?
Angled parking is available on both sides of the one-way city street in front of the Inn. Angled parking is available on one side of Cherokee by Storm Lofts and parallel parking across the street. All parking is complimentary and is first-come-first-serve.
ARE TAXIS, UBER OR LYFT AVAILABLE IN BROOKHAVEN?
Buie's Taxi Service is available in Brookhaven.
DOES THE INN OFFER ADA ACCOMMODATIONS?
We have one room on our ground floor that is fully ADA compliant, with one queen bed. Ramps are located in front of the building next door, and at nearby street corners. Please call us regarding your specific needs and we will prepare details for your comfort.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a three-day (72 hours) cancellation policy, which means you have absolutely no obligation if you cancel outside those last 72 hours prior to your arrival day at 6 pm.
If you do cancel within the last 72 hours we will try to re-book your room to someone else. In that case you would have no responsibility. If we do not re-book the room you remain responsible for the portion of your stay that is within the 72-hour window.
IS THERE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
We do offer daily "refreshings" that include making the bed, taking out used towels and bringing fresh ones, emptying trash & restocking the coffee tray. We change sheets after every two or three nights, depending on the length of your stay or any special arrangements that may have been made related to extended stay. Every room has a "Do Not Disturb" sign that guests are welcome to use if they prefer no service.
HOW CLOSE IS THE AMTRAK DEPOT?
The Amtrak train station is less than half a mile from the Inn.
ARE DOGS / PETS ALLOWED ?
We allow well-behaved travel dogs at Storm Lofts but not at The Inn on Whitworth. We allow Professional Service Dogs in all of our facilities. We do not allow Emotional Support Animals. See our Policies for more details.
